AOMEAD Refund Policy
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from AOMEAD. This policy details the terms for returns and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
A return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if I shipped an incorrect item.
Non-Returnable Items:
Digital downloads or software.
Personalized, custom-made, or final sale items (clearly marked as such).
Products damaged due to customer misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
2. Refund Process
Once I receive your returned item and inspect it:
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to process after issuance. The timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
Items returned after the 30-day window.
Products damaged through customer mishandling.
Final sale or clearance items.
Original shipping and handling charges (unless the return is due to my error, such as shipping a wrong or defective item).
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact me directly:
Email me at support@aomead.sbs and include:
Your order number.
The reason for the return.
Photos of the item, if it is defective or damaged.
I will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and my return address:

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of my mistake (e.g., shipping error or defective product). I recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
